I like it here. The room is fine; it is not modern but fine for me.

De la primera planta para arriba el hotel es genial pero q no os engañe que no os den una habitación en la planta baja es lo peor q hay, humedades malos olores, ufff horrible. Pero tras mucha queja y insistencia nos cambiaron la habitación y nada q comentar. Habitación buenas y aceptables

Our hotel room was very nice, clean and comfy, as well as the bed that was super to sleep! We enjoyed our stay there as well as the easy transportation from and to London center. We totally recommend this place!

Everything and everyone was lovely and accommodating to us during our stay. Wouldn't hesitate to book again, if ever I come back to Kensington

Had the attic room and it was too hot even with the heating turned off.

Very good location a few mins walk from the Natural History Museum, parks, Imperial College etc
Hotel has most amenities and decent rooms, as always a good shower & bathroom is essential and didn't disappoint.
Staff are friendly & efficient, definitely one to add to my regular list.

Am cerut un early check in și am primit o cameră de 7,5 m cu vedere spre tomberoane. Patul matrimonial are lățimea de 1,5 m. A doua zi ne- a fost schimbată camera cu una adecvată categoriei plătite. In ultima zi dimineață la 8:42 a bătut camerista la ușă să întrebe când plecăm...
Am stat in multe locuri prin lume, având o agenție de turism, dar aici ni s- a dat senzația că nu suntem binevenite.

What it lacks in amenities, it makes up for in location! Very close to the tube, multiple coffee shops, Waitrose, and the best Italian restaurant. Unless you upgrade your room, you will NOT get a queen bed. It’s an older building, but we loved the charm. Our “city view” was a neighboring brick wall, but we spent more time away from our room than in it. The bathroom was a decent size, and so was the room in general. We didn’t upgrade to a “heritage” room, but will the next time we go. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but our room was quiet. Breakfast was great. The desk staff wasn’t exactly friendly but once we checked in, we had no need to interact. We had to wait past our check in time which was hard because of our long flights, but they kept our bags so we could go eat, etc. And to be fair, they were really busy that weekend. Like I said, the location was worth it!

Very friendly staff! I arrived early and just wanted to leave my luggage, but they allowed me to check in early :) The room was very quite and comfortable for 3 days, safe neighborhood, and very easy access to everything. The only issue was the heater on the ceiling, it was far too noisy to sleep.

Ho soggiornato due notti in questo hotel per lavoro. Posizione ottimale per muoversi al centro di Londra con la metro, camera spaziosa e rinnovata, buon servizio colazione, personale disponibile ed efficiente. Pulizia buona che a Londra è un lusso. Un'ottima opzione per lavoro o ferie a Londra

This hotel only flatters to deceive. Some of the rooms are really nice and big but some are so small that you could easily injure yourself if not careful. Biggest drawbacks came in the service - wanted some extra glasses and chairs as I had a few friends over for a meeting. Was not provided. On the day of my departure in early December the complete power system failed where nothing worked including the shower. No help from front desk. Clearly this hotel showed attitude that I did not like. Definitely won't recommend.

Inizio premettendo che in fase di prenotazione ho chiesto alla struttura se era possibile fare check-in in anticipo a causa del mio arrivo la mattina presto. Mi rispondono che era impossibile, che per necessità hanno un deposito bagagli. Ok, arrivo a Londra faccio un giro e poi verso le 12 decido di presentarmi in hotel, ovviamente camera non pronta, mi fanno accomodare in hall con molte altre persone, nel frattempo ben oltre le 11 del checkout vediamo persone su persone che se ne vanno con tutta calma. Ovviamente un hotel con tutte quelle camere non è concepibile non abbia camere pronte da consegnare agli ospiti. Bene, saliamo entro in camera e mi ritrovo in un vero e proprio loculo, in due dovevamo fare manovra per spostarci, bagno tutto sommato semi nuovo, la finestra dava su un pianerottolo delle scale credo antincendio o non so per andare dove, che aveva un nastro giallo strappato, pieno di escrementi di piccione, più la dei motori di qualche impianto. Va beh ho tirato le tende e fine, la camera serve solo per dormire. Dei 2 ascensori uno solo era in funzione e serviva sia per i clienti sia per il personale di servizio, praticamente non era mai disponibile. Asciugacapelli accanto al comodino in camera, lontano dal bagno. La colazione sempre con il solito cibo, poco variegato, più salato che dolce, e in alcune occasioni sembrava venisse messo sui vassoi con il contagocce, ho sentito altre persone lamentarsi sulla quantità e varietà, considerando che ho fatto 6 colazioni. L' ultimo giorno, chekout ore 11, siamo uscite e fatto 15 minuti di ritardo ci hanno chiuso fuori stanza con i bagagli dentro. Nonostante tutto la posizione è l' unico punto favorevole perché per il prezzo pagato il servizio non ha giustificato questo importo.

It’s a bit far from the center of London

Necesita mantenimiento urgente, las moquetas, paredes y muebles han visto días mejores. La habitación estaba limpia, aunque de tamaño muy justito.
El trato en general es seco, nos ofrecieron el desayuno pero advirtiendo que si no aceptábamos al momento luego nos lo cobrarían más caro. Viendo el estado general del hotel optamos por no contratar el desayuno.
A 5 minutos del metro y supermercados. Se puede ir a pie al Museo de Historia Natural y al Victoria & Albert.

First time in this hotel, if I would stay here again I cannot make my mind up at the moment. Being advertised as 4 stars, I think it used to be but is not anymore. Whilst the welcome was quite pleasant, the hotel itself is rather worked down.
Rooms are fine for a city trip but nothing to spend the whole day at. Curtains are messed up, have spots of what seems to be beverages, ripped seams.
Single bed rooms are really tiny if you are of a certain height you may have trouble using the bathroom (toilet really close to door and shower, shower low but good water pressure). The AC was too hot and at full blast, the windows could not been opened.
After a long day I found my room at full light, full AC and bathroom fan running with a card from housekeeping keeping it all up. On another day, my room was not made up despite returning by the time of the usual check in time.
Also, the soap and other amenities were not filled up when being fully used. So make sure to bring your own soap and cosmetic tissues.
Breakfast is provided, I cannot comment on that. Gym is also provided, I cannot comment on that. Easy access to busses and the metro system are a big plus. You can also leave your luggage when exploring the city and get it later. Despite being the only person checking out at the time, I was not asked for my opinion or my experience with my stay.

Overpriced for the room we got. Barely enough room to swing a cat and was thoroughly disappointed. Put a dampener on a romantic weekend away. The pictures they show do not show how small some rooms are.

Hotel is unhygienic to stay in. It reeks of mold, and on 3 separate occasions/days we received dirty towels. Twice with foreign objects on them (used floss, used toothpick) after room service and a third towel given from the front desk had stains. Previous reviews called out the mold smell in the hotel, but we chose to ignore, big mistake.

Our room’s AC/Heating also broke the first night, leaving the room freezing. We only noticed in the morning when the remote wouldn’t turn on.

Hotel atendeu bem a nossa necessidade. Mas a localização para os principais pontos turísticos ficou distante, apesar de ter uma estação de trem bem próximo.
