Lovely place, super helpful and courteous staff. Lovely extras, just could use a teeny fridge in the room to make it perfect.

I had a very good experience here. It's in a great location, just a few minutes walk to station, the room I stayed was amazing very clean with great views. Staff were polite and friendly, especially Maryam. She was always with a smile and give an excellent customer service.

Stayed here for one night, as a family member had a minor op the day after nearby. It was a convenient location. Staff was super friendly and was even able to hold my bags after checkout until I had collected my family member.

I'm thankful to the team for making everything so pleasant and Hareen was a great host and friendly!

Warm reception at check in and I was able to check in early which was perfect after a long overseas flight! Spotless and beautiful room and bathroom (also quite big for a small boutique hotel), great amenities, comfortable bed, and the breakfast each morning was exceptional! Great value for the quality and especially the location of this lovely boutique hotel in Chelsea.

First impression was nice (the lobby feels brightness, comfort, and warmth). The staff was really kind, sweet, welcoming. There was a lift so that I can bring my luggages easily. The room feels warmth, tidy, and comfortable. The bus stop is near. I'd like to visit again!

Great little hotel, comfy rooms and great staff (especially Haneen who was lovely and very helpful!) Just don’t eat breakfast there, I paid £22 for eggs on toast that didn’t come as how I asked. Probably the most expensive two eggs I’ve ever had. Plenty of cafes near by that are better quality and price.

Typical run down British hotel not worth the money

Hôtel extrêmement chère pour la taille des chambres qui sont très petites et pour sa situation eu égard des sites touristiques londoniens. Il est certes dans un quartier charmant, à 15 minutes du musée d'histoire naturel à pied, mais pour accéder aux sites touristiques principales de Londres, il est un peu excentré. Service client à déplorer! Mon amie et moi étions avec nos enfants et occupions donc 2 chambres. A notre arrivée, le chauffage d'une des chambres fonctionnait à plein régime donc ont a du mettre la clim pour contrebalancer la chaleur puisque aucune solution n'a réussi à être trouvée(ils n'ont pas réussi à baisser le chauffage!!! il faisait 27°C en moyenne durant notre séjour). Odeur d'égouts dans la salle d'eau et pour couronner le tout, nous avons vécu un dégât des eaux dans l'hôtel à tel point qu'il a fallut nous changer d'hôtel le lendemain du dégât. Il me semble que la catastrophe aurait pu être géré autrement. Pas de petit déjeuner sous prétexte qu'il y avait un problème d'electricité (j'étais avec mon fils qui avait faim le matin et les employés n'ont pas jugés bon d'aller simplement à la boulangerie du "coin" et offrir un semblant de petit déjeuner à ses clients dont le petit déjeuner était inclus dans notre réservation), règlement du taxi pour pour le transfert vers le nouvel hôtel à ma charge....J'entends qu'ils n'y sont pour rien et qu'un dégât des eaux peut arriver mais eu égard du prix des chambres (600 euros pour 2 personnes par nuit et nous avions réservé pour 4 nuits donc une facture de plus de 2000 €), le service client pourrait être à la hauteur. 1 étoile pour le personnel qui est très gentil, mais qui n'ont pas su ou ne voulaient pas apporter de véritable solution suite à ce dégât.Ils se sont beaucoup excusés, mais j'ai quand meme dû payé le taxi de transfert, et pas de rabais sur la note finale!!! Extrêmement déçue! D'ailleurs l'hôtel d'accueil etait 1/3 moins chère et beaucoup, beaucoup mieux ( pas comparable)!!!! Hôtel absolument pas à la hauteur de son tarif, à fuir!

I stayed for just one night at Sydney House Chelsea and what a joy it was to find this conveniently located, friendly, scrupulously clean hotel. My room was small, but in very good order, not bashed and worn out as are many rooms in London. Bed linen was high quality and the bed mega comfortable. Together with the bijou bathroom ( full bath) it was all I needed.
Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. The best thing I found about the hotel were the staff who really went above and beyond to be welcoming and very helpful. I would be delighted to stay there again when I need a place in Kensington.

Our fave in London. Great value for money (cheap for this area) and extremely warm and friendly. Good toiletries, even provides tea and good coffee, plus bedroom slippers. Highly recommend this lovely little hotel. My fave pub (PJs) is only next door and a very good high-end Malaysian restaurant is across the road.

Used Sydney House for a base to visit the Chelsea flower show as it's in a good location both for the show and transport links.

The staff were welcoming and the service was excellent.

A well positioned hotel in pleasant surroundings
It is a masterpiece of space utilisation so everything is compact, to say the least! But it is quite stylish.
Close to Royal Brompton hospital and South Kensington underground is convenient.
