With the help of Londoners and thanks to a varied creative program, in a decade it has become a must-attend event celebrating London's river culture. The festival runs for a month or more. During the night, strange processions of sculptures, lights and carnival take place. The festival also aims to support and promote artists from local communities and emerging talents who incorporate the Thames into the heart of their work.
