Every year since 1981, more than 40,000 runners take to the streets of London for one of the world's largest street races. Athletes run from Greenwich Park to Westminster Bridge. 42 km and 195 m is the distance from Windsor Palace to Shepherd's Bush Stadium. This marathon is part of the Word Marathon Majors, a competition of six major marathons, including New York, Boston and Tokyo. It raises a very important amount of money for charity every year. If you like to run, you know what you have to do.
