250 hectares open to the public since April 2014 with the highly successful refurbishment of the London 2012 Olympic Park. In Stratford, north-east London, the former Olympic Park has become a huge landscaped green space, ideal for strolling, relaxing in the fresh air and playing sport. Admire gardens dedicated to different biotopes - the Americas, the Mediterranean, South Africa... Follow the banks along canals and rivers along a 6 km path.

Après la fin des JO de 2012, le lieu est devenu un immense parc urbain, certains équipements sportifs comme le stade ont été conservés. Ce parc contemporain est très agréable à visiter, même si c'est plutôt excentré du centre de Londres. On peut s'y rendre à l'occasion d'une visite dans le quartier d'affaire de Canary Wharf.

Je n'ai pu voir le queen Elizabeth Olympic PARK que de l'extérieur mais l'infrastructure de cet endroit est vraiment très impressionnante

A pleasure to have assisted the 5/13/2016 with tests of Dip championships Swimming in Europe, in the beautiful London Aquatics Centre. This olympic pool is accessible from the station/metro station Stratford Station, after crossing the largest shopping centre in Europe, very successful also in architecture.
