Grazieeee e a presto.
Visited the UK ???????? recently and what visit is complete without a stop at Buckingham Palace.
It was a cold and blustery Friday and as per norm no doubt there was a crowd gathered.
We waited over 40 to 50 mins to see the changing of the guards ????♀️
Depending on where you're standing you will see a little or a lot.
There are plenty of police around ready to remind you not to climb the walls/fences which is necessary not only for your safety but others. Some there to direct traffic and answer questions.
Thw actual changing of the guards was pretty perfunctory (if you have seen this before in Canada ????????) but there is an added element of awesome viewing it in the place where it originated.
If you are close to the middle gates you will have a better view to the inside where they March etc. Better than further away where the bars of the fences will obscure your camera view.
It's a beautiful place to stop and see but there isn't much else to do after you've seen that. It's pretty much it.
We walked into town, grabbed a bite and down to the tube and towards Big Ben and the London Eye.
Then the torrential downpour. The weather in this city is insane ????

There was no changing of the guard today.
It's a very popular attraction so it's very very busy.
But you still get a good view.
