SCIENCE MUSEUM
How can we talk about mankind and the extraordinary technical advances it has made over 2,000 years? How can we evoke and list all the inventions that have come into being thanks to man's ingenuity and inventiveness? This remarkable museum tackles these and many other questions over its 5 floors. The collections are playful and intelligently presented to appeal to children and parents alike. Models, reconstructions, original machines, games - everything is done to dissect, explain and analyze the world around us. As soon as you enter the museum, you'll be drawn in by the Energy Hall, devoted to energy, and its fine collection of antique engines and machines, past splendors of the industrial revolution. The next room takes you back to the conquest of space. Don't keep your head in the stars, and continue with the birth of the modern world and the discovery of the inventions that have changed our daily lives over the last two centuries. On the second floor, you'll find rooms devoted to the history of agriculture and the discovery of materials, with displays of objects made of iron, glass, plastic... On the floor above, you'll find areas devoted to telecommunications and different types of energy, the history of combustion, the history of mathematics and maritime engineering. Finally, the4th and5th floors are dedicated to medical techniques and the art of medicine.
