It's true that Astana is a long way from the sea. But produce from the Caspian and Altai rivers still arrives fresh on the table of this restaurant, where wood and leather dominate, accentuating the warm, chic feel. On the plate, local specialties (rather cheap) or imported products (more painful for the wallet). This is one of the best addresses in town for seafood, and you'll need to take care with your outfit to get in (not necessarily a tuxedo, but avoid dusty hiking gear...).
