The atmosphere at this Franco-German brewery is excellent. The beer is brewed on the premises with great success, thanks to the experience acquired over the years. The cuisine is served in a cellar of brick, beams and exposed stone, which is appreciably cooler in summer. Try the German sausages, to remind you of the taste of Europe, and maybe the Central Asian plov won't seem so heavy afterwards! There's also a good selection of Russian salads and assorted meats and dried fish to accompany... beer!
