Flights three to four times a week minimum (rotations increased in season) with a quick stopover in Istanbul. Expect to pay less than €800 for a round trip if you plan ahead. Since Aeroflot's flight ban in Europe, Turkish Airlines is the most convenient and regular airline to Central Asia. For tighter budgets, you can use its low-cost subsidiary Pegasus, which also serves the capitals of five Central Asian republics, always with a stopover in Istanbul.
