An original concept based around a bakery: here, bread is kneaded and baked on the premises throughout the day. You first sit around the large U-shaped bar to study the menu and place your order, then sit wherever you like while waiting to be called to collect your tray. Everything is prepared on the spot, using fresh produce: sandwiches, salads, risottos... All accompanied by warm bread: white or black bread, sandwich bread, cereal bread... The breakfast formulas are also very interesting and filling.
