Conveniently located opposite Panfilov Park, this hotel retains a Soviet tinge and offers rooms with mixed value for money. They are often noisy, due to the obsolescence of most of the air-conditioning units. Bathrooms are not very spacious, but most have bathtubs. The breakfast has the merit to exist and to be copious but will not leave you an unforgettable memory. In short, it's worth it if you can negotiate the price, which is relatively easy at reception.
