The Rahat, formerly the Hyatt Almaty, is set in a beautiful park that also houses a yurt-shaped bar. The interior architecture is original (reminiscent of a yurt) and tasteful. The rooms, all very spacious, are equipped with all the necessary comforts, but do not all benefit from the same degree of rejuvenation, as the renovations did not take place at the same time on all floors. So be sure to visit and test the bedding, air conditioning and hot water before committing yourself (especially at this price!). The swimming pool is a real plus.
