A third place dedicated to culture and crafts has opened its doors in the heart of Panfilov Park. The café offers a variety of exhibitions of paintings, drawings and handicrafts. Here, you can log on, sip a cup of tea and a pastry, or stroll through the exhibits. Two theaters linked to the foyer offer a contemporary and eclectic program: one is right next to the café, the other on Kunaev Street, at no. 49.
