GEOLOGY MUSEUM

This museum is only to recommend to geology enthusiasts: The alignment of rocks may let those who do not really care about this science be confused. The entrance to the museum is rather amusing: the rooms are located in the basement and access is made by a lift similar to those of the coal mines. Inside, the entire richness of the Kazakh basement is captured, which houses almost all known types of minerals in the world. Precious and semi-precious stones, rich in iron, clay, copper or uranium, extend into the shelves on several floors in a somewhat inconsistent way for the novice. We recommend, even if you are familiar, to provide the services of an English guide at the entrance. You can easily connect each stone to a part of the country and its history.
