One of the city's finest establishments, this huge seven-storey concrete bar dominates Respublika Avenue. The rooms are spacious, even in the economy category, and perfectly equipped. As is the hotel, which boasts a bar and access to the nearby aquapark. The restaurant isn't the stuff of dreams, but it does offer a few good nuggets (the club sandwiches are better than the local recipes), and the service is still a notch below what you'd expect from this kind of establishment.
