Charm, comfort, a friendly team, friendly, available and efficient. Not to mention the garden, ideal for rest, and the excellent advice that the members of the hotel can give for your trip. Really good value for money, provided you negotiate prices a bit, which tend to fly because of the lack of this kind of charming address in the Tajik capital.
