This hotel is located on the main street, in the center of the city, in the middle of a large garden, and tables are installed outside the fountains for dinner. The exterior architecture is itself a journey over time to the great era of the Soviet building. The rooms have found a semblance of harmony with renovation and are rather clean, but the ensemble remains very overpaid. To attend if you have no alternative, trying to negotiate the prices as much as possible.
