A pub-like pub, with servers with clothes in kilt allure. It's a bit condescending but it works, and this kind of address is rare enough in Dushanbe to take advantage of it when you're on it. Large terraces with wooden tables, fans and brumisateurs in summer, fresh beer and some snacks. Don't wait much more and wait for another chance for a cocktail or a burger. For the rest, it makes the job!
