MUSEE MIRZO TURSUNZODA
This is the house of the Tajik writer Mirzo Tursunzoda (1911-1977), converted to a museum. The visit is reserved for local literature enthusiasts who will manage to get hands on the warden. Regardless of the rays devoted to Tursunzoda's writings, it is interesting to detail time furniture and usual objects, which rather reflect the daily life in Dushanbe in the 1960 s and 1970 s. Mirzo Tursunzoda is a national hero for all his literary work as for his political actions and even has a city named on his behalf, on the border with Uzbekistan.
