Cette statue est très difficile à trouver, elle est dans un terrain vague en contrebas de la rue donc peu visible, de l'autre côté du fleuve et plus haut que la statue de Somoni/ A côté se trouve un intéressant monument aux soldats morts en Afghanistan.
