This 5-star hotel is the most luxurious of the city, and mainly hosts a clientele of foreign businessmen. There are two restaurants, a bar, a casino, a swimming pool and a tennis court. The business centre has an Internet connection, slow but it has the merit of existence. The hotel is very well located, right in the city centre and close to the Russian market.
