ARK OF NEUTRALITY

This-legged rocket was built after the independence of Turkmenistan. It symbolizes the neutrality, independence and unity that have become the three theoretical pillars of country diplomacy. At mid-height, five rings represent the five provinces, each identified by the ground-specific motif. The five rings are united around the center of the "rocket". And at the top… Dimitri himself, represented by a golden statue of 12 m high that rotates on herself in 24 h following the direction of the sun! The ark is supervised by a guard of honour that is forbidden to photograph. A lift allows you to access the upper platform of the ark, which has a view over the great place of independence and the presidential palace (once again, forbidden photos). A small tea house is in the ark.
