TURKMENISTAN AIRLINES

J'ai voyagé avec énormément de compagnies dans ma vie, la pire et de loin.

Trois heures de retard SANS LE MOINDRE MOT DE LEUR PART, ils ont refusé de nous servir un verre d'eau que j'ai réclamé après deux heures et demi d'attente sans AUCUNE INFO.

Honteux.

I made four trips with this company, with two stopovers in Achgabat.

The fleet of planes should not be very recent and least turbulences are felt. what is unpleasant enough for long trips. I outright recommended for those who are quite emotive by plane!!
In what concerns me, that remains a low cost airline, so I think that belonged to the game.

Some large aircraft are equipped with screens, but. no possibility they never, or so naturally not yours but that of your neighbour in diagonal: P however USB plugs are available to charge your equipment.

Meals are served a little any time (one wakes up you with a spicy chicken at 6:00 am, after a departure at 4:00. that doesn't go well!) but at least you cannot say that they let you go hungry:) is fed and hydrated: we will not bargain.

I will be disappointed by the reception and the kindness of the company.
Staff (except for a few exceptions!) is antipathetic. I find that important to raise, because that is part of the service…

You can always brush your offers side with check in Achgabat, especially when the guest requires that you go to the bar but directly by it (with a barking that will remind your bad memories of school to you) and from there minutes will take care during thirty with check in with your precious passport piled up in the heart of fifty others… to balance them on his return on a table and go with all the plane leisure find your passport in the heart of all the others.
Thank you with French young who tried hard to call of all plane to return the passports in clean hand one by one and check- in the place of the company that everyone recovered to it his. When you know that you cannot travel without passport, that made a funny effect to have to jostle around a table in the middle of an airport filled to find it.

Apart from all that, on the four trips, the four planes left with between fifteen and thirty minutes delay, and only one arrived per hour. Lack of luck, it is this which was immobilized on the ground forty minutes on its arrival at CDG, because they (oh?) had forgotten to ask the airport to charter stairs to leave the passengers… who, inevitably, after twenty hours journey into the legs, started to buy forward.

In short, the trips are long and tiring, I wouldn't recommend this company strongly if you can afford a ticket a little expensive.

So as me do not have the choice, patient, relaxed and smiling: D

je viens de voyager pour la thailande avec cette compagnie.
j en suis ravie. le seul probleme c est qu il n y avait pas de télé mais ils mettent des prises â notre disposition pour recharger nos appareils.
on mange bien à bord.
franchement je reprendrai bien cette compagnie la prochaine fois.
