7 km from Roses to the interior, this hotel opened since May 2014 is an oasis in the midst of palm trees, vineyards and olive trees. Set in a former 17 th century convent, this boutique hotel offers rooms, all spacious and elegant. The hotel has an extremely carefully decorated décor with contemporary touches and beautiful beams. Other pleasures of the site, a 18-metre infinity pool, a spa, magnificent views of the Empordà and last goal, a restaurant relying on the traditional Catalan gastronomy. With his head Jordi Dalmau, a chef who made his debut at Carme Ruscalleda. On the menu you will find vegetables and aromatic herbs from the garden, as well as olive oil produced in the area.

What could be improved is the knowledge of the front desk, they couldn't even reccomend any local restaurants, and the communication around the wellness area being closed. We were appreciative of the early dinner accommodation, but felt dinner was a bit hit and miss, and quite expensive.
