HOTEL CANYELLES PLATJA * * * *
A beautiful hotel with terrace, pool, restaurants and direct access to the beach in Rosas.
Modern structure (99 rooms renovated in 2014 and functional on the seafront with direct access to the beach for an exclusive and comfortable stay. The rooms, with their minimalist style, are bright and very well equipped. The outdoor areas and terrace have good services (swimming pool, supermarket, bookshop with international press point) and a small snack bar on the sand (The Sloop), ideal for enjoying a fresh fish, snacking on tapas, or simply eating a sandwich on the run or enjoying the evening with a cocktail at cocktail time. For the most gourmet, the hotel's two restaurants will satisfy the palates. A restaurant inside the hotel, and another more exclusive restaurant "Draulic" (managed by chef Marc Descloux), both offer a Mediterranean menu based on local market products. A recommended cuisine (à la carte in the hotel's interior restaurant and the tasting menu at Restaurant Draulic) combined with an excellent wine cellar. The hotel is located opposite the Camí de Ronda trail, which invites you to take a walk along the coast line, a place for excursions and hikes to the idyllic spots of the Cap de Creus Natural Park.
