Since its closure in 2012, Ferran Adrià's Bulli Restaurant had become a center for investigation, innovation and creativity, organized within the framework of a foundation. Whether on social networks or at the Madrid Fusión trade show, the El Bulli 1846 team had announced the reopening of the venue, effective mid-June 2023. With a triple mission for what is now a museum: to safeguard El Bulli's heritage, promote an innovative attitude and generate quality content on gastronomic catering.
