ESGLÉSIA DE SANT VICENÇ
A village parish church in Romanesque style with a three-aisle Latin cross plan
It is the parish church of the village, documented since 977. It has a Romanesque style, a very sober interior and a plan with three naves in Latin cross. However, some elements mark the transition to the Gothic style, such as the rose window in the main apse. Inside is the tomb of Rovira's father, who brought the remains of Sant Vicenç to Besalú in 1413. A Gothic side chapel keeps the Holy Cross donated by Francesc Cambó in 1923, replacing the first one brought from Rome by Bernat Tallaferro in 1017, but stolen in 1899.
