A company offering for rent villas and apartments by the sea in Empuries.

This family business offers villas and apartments for rent, all located by the sea. Rental is from owner to tenant. The fourteen villas that accommodate 6 to 8 people are located in the north of the village, next to the beach. Common areas: a garden, a central swimming pool and a solarium. The apartments are located in a complex, "La Palmera", in the central square of Sant Martí, with sea views for the most part, if not overlooking the square. Almost all of them have terraces.

Stay in the village in the early seventies and hasn't changed much apart from no cars in village

Pienso en Villas Coll como mi paraíso en la Tierra. Las villas y casitas, protegidas por una reja, están situadas al lado de las maravillosas playas de Empúries, del pueblecito medieval de Sant Martí d ´ Empúries y de las famosas ruinas grecorromanas. Las villas están pensadas para personas amantes de la vida contemplativa y que son sensibles a la belleza; el descanso está asegurado.
