This family business offers villas and apartments for rent, all located by the sea. Rental is from owner to tenant. The fourteen villas that accommodate 6 to 8 people are located in the north of the village, next to the beach. Common areas: a garden, a central swimming pool and a solarium. The apartments are located in a complex, "La Palmera", in the central square of Sant Martí, with sea views for the most part, if not overlooking the square. Almost all of them have terraces.

wunderbar gepflegte kleinere Ferienhausanlage mit Gemeinschaftspool und freundlichem Personal. Erholung pur im naturbelassenen St. Marti d'empuries fußläufig zum Strand.

Cet établissement vous demande de payer en cash et vous envoie dans un appartement éloigné de celui que vous avez réservé (dans une ruelle piétonnière de la ville d'à coté). Devant vos protestations, il propose de vous rembourser. Mais l'argent de votre acompte n'arrivera jamais sur votre compte. Bref, à fuir.
