La pire des agences
Le pire des services de location de voiture qu’il m’ait été donné de rencontrer ! Un agent « CRISTIAN » de l’accueil à Gérone qui refuse énergiquement de me renvoyer la carte handicapée de ma fille que j’avais oubliée dans la voiture. Il ne consentira qu’au bout de 3 semaines à me la restituer après que je lui ai envoyé un billet de 20 euros par la poste, pour un timbre à 3 euros ! Le service relation client 13 ter rue Berthier à Paris, 75017, signé de « YOUSRA », entre temps, ose me dire qu’en dépit d’une enquête, cette carte n’a pas été retrouvée !!
Service pitoyable, inhumanité, mépris de la clientèle, mensonges, caractérisent cette agence de Gérone et la relation clientèle de EUROPCAR qui ose écrire : « Votre satisfaction est au cœur de nos préoccupations » !!! Et comme il est écrit que « votre avis compte beaucoup pour nous », je me fais un plaisir de la donner ici et d’inciter tous les clients à FUIR EUROPCAR GÉRONE et cette agence de location !! HONTEUX !
The worst car rental service I have ever encountered! A “CRISTIAN” receptionist in Girona who vehemently refuses to send me back my daughter’s disabled card that I had forgotten in the car. He will only agree after 3 weeks to return it to me after I have sent him a 20 euro note by post, for a 3 euro stamp! The customer relations service at 13 ter rue Berthier in Paris, 75017, signed "YOUSRA", meanwhile, dares to tell me that despite an investigation, this card has not been found!!
Pitiful service, inhumanity, contempt for customers, lies, characterize this Girona agency and the EUROPCAR customer relationship which dares to write: "Your satisfaction is at the heart of our concerns"!!! And as it is written that "your opinion is very important to us", I am happy to give it here and to encourage all customers to FLEE EUROPCAR GIRONA and this rental agency!! ASHAMED !
