Indigo is the Carlemany Hotel's excellent restaurant, where you can enjoy traditional Catalan dishes in a sophisticated, subdued urban setting, based on carefully selected products: squid a la romana, vegetable tempura, beef tartar or entrecote steak, arròs de l'Estany de Pals... The service is with small onions and the atmosphere is a little more international than elsewhere. In the summer months, you can enjoy fresh and healthy lunches served on the terrace overlooking a pretty, lively square. A sure value.
