It's impossible not to hear about it when you're in Girona. It's what we call a "Frankfurt" here, that is, a restaurant-bar where you eat mainly German-style fast food, but with Catalan products - sausages, burgers and fries - and where you drink beer. And of all the Frankfurt places, König is the king. In a frank bistro atmosphere, you can recharge your batteries for a cheap price and leave with a taut belly. We also appreciate the pretty terrace of the Calderers street (16) in the old district.
