Set in a fully renovated sixteenth century farmhouse, this hotel is renowned for its gourmet restaurant, which is part of the cuina of the Empordanet, kitchen of the small Empordà. The credo of its chef, Joan Carles Sanchez, create a market cuisine favoring the food of the Empordà. While making them tasteful and innovative.
