Castle-museum surrounded by moat and formal garden, with museum

This architectural gem is nicknamed "the wonder of the Pays d'Auge". Surrounded by a moat and a French-style flower garden, the château seems to have come straight out of a fairytale. It features a late 15th-century timber-framed manor house, a late 16th-century building of Caen stone and glazed Pré-d'Auge bricks, and a museum displaying the Tournebu family collections. Opposite: Abbé Marie's garden, considered one of the most beautiful in Normandy.

Merveilleux petit château qui de l’extérieur me rappelle au château de compte de fée ! Le jardin est remplie de surprises , des paons se promenant en pleine nature , en traversant les petits ponts on aperçois des cygnes, les arbres s’inclinent sur votre passage et la maison derrière le château où l’on peut prendre un café tout en contemplant la beauté de la nature ????????????????
