Ava Gardner stayed there and Truman Condom was very Inspired by his bar. But in the meantime, this centenary hotel closed its doors to reopen them in 2005, after a complete renovation. Those facing the sea are recommended for superb views of the bay, from the terrace or balcony. You can taste the Gambas gambas and why not the cinnamon tarte cream and the spécialité ice cream, its speciality, in the restaurant offering traditional cuisine and daily menus. Also available, an outdoor swimming pool in summer. And of course there are two bars, «la corniche» and «Ruark» to taste, for example, Dry martini, gin, olive and zest of lemon affectionné by Truman Condom.
