Hotel with panoramic terrace and rooftop pool in Lloret, two minutes from the beach.

Very central location for this hotel in Lloret, which enjoys a location on the main avenue of the town, a little noisy, but only 2 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the centre of the old town. All rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs (more than 100 channels). They are spacious and have a balcony. There is also a panoramic roof terrace with swimming pool. Hot tubs, gym and chill out area complete the offer. Numerous activities are offered.

Camere non adatte per un 4 stelle, senza bidet, mancanza di una cassaforte con lucchetto, mancanza di frigo bar. Servizio educato e paziente (parlano italiano). Posizione ottima con tutte le comodità vicine.

Trabajadores de la cocina, pessimos, maleducados, sin empatía, dudan de si las personas son realmente intolerantes a algun alimento, no tienen ningun respeto hacia los huespedes y ademas a mi amiga celiaca le han dado un helado caducado del 02/08/2023 y hoy estamos a 27/03/2024.
El resto genial, el instructor encantador y super atento, y los recepcionistas de la noche tambien bien esucados.
Volveria, pero no a comer, antes me compro un mcdonalds. Gracias y adios!

El servicio de comedor horrible, soy celiaca y siempre se confundían con mi comida. Me trajeron un postre caducado de 8 meses y todo era precocinado cuando en el papel pone explícitamente que es casero. El trato nada agradable. Decepcionada, espero que lo mejoren o que cambien el cartel que pone: adaptamos la comida a alergénicos (celiacos).
