David Vázquez, owner of this highly prized table, is passionate about AOC products. Hence the name of his restaurant: "DO" which means "Denominació d'Origen". At lunchtime, the kitchen and dining room are always busy, offering guests a delicately prepared meal. From the plate to the taste buds, the freshness and the seasoned selection of products make their effect on gourmets. All this is done to the rhythm of a hurried but precise service. Excellent address. Don't forget to make a reservation!
