It is surprising that this inventive Japanese cuisine can be savoured in the stony setting of a small medieval castle. The neat décor is divided into several cosy and luminous spaces. An interior room all in stone, a covered terrace, chill out to sip an author's cocktail or a wine from the wine library. On the menu, the classics of Japanese cuisine with a creative touch (sashimi, temakis, salmon tataki, gyoza of meat and steamed vegetables, sautéed noodles, solomillo de ternera, prawn tartar...). Live music in the evening and lounge atmosphere during the "sushica" evenings.
