VINÒMIC
Its name is a contraction of the words vi ("wine"), amic ("friend") and gastronòmic ("gastronomic"). Two friends, chef Pau Gener and sommelier Aleix García, opened this establishment in the centre of La Garriga in 2014. They cultivate a simple and effective gastronomic concept: to serve traditional, up-to-date cuisine based on local produce in the warm atmosphere of a town house. For example, you can start your meal with a broccoli soup with shellfish and black truffle, and try the delicious crispy octopus as a main course. The wine list offers a fine selection of Catalan wines. A great taste experience.
