In a rectangular red brick building at the entrance to the village. There you will find all the information you need to visit the town. There are several thematic routes to follow: "from Antiquity to the Middle Ages", "La Garriga: medieval and modern", "the seaside and holiday town", "heritage and memory" or "the food routes", combining history and gastronomy. Hiking: the visitor centre is also an information point for the Montseny Nature Park. So you can find out about the routes you can take. There are several local paths to follow around La Garriga, including Tremolencs, La Doma, El Riu, Rosanes, Malhivern and Ca l'Oliveró, routes suitable for all types of people, which can be covered by bicycle or on foot (approximately two hours). From Camí del Congost you can reach Besòs beach by bike. For a day trip, follow PR 33, a short hiking trail that starts at the railway bridge (on the Carretera Nova).
