SANT MARTÍ DEL MONTSENY

Romanesque building with a single nave, moderately well preserved, with a presbytery and a bell tower-wall
It is the first church in the village, and perhaps the oldest in Montseny. A nice walk (count 3 hours round trip) through holm oak forests and along the banks of the river Tordera will take you to the hermitage of Sant Martí from the village square of Montseny (follow the GR-5, red and white markers). It is a single-nave Romanesque building with a presbytery and a belfry-wall, and is in a medium state of preservation.
