Hotel molt bé ubicat al centre de la ciutat, devant mateix hi ha un parquing saba amb possibilitar de càrrega elèctrica. El servei de l hotel amable.

I vam descansar d'allò més bé...vam tenir un problema amb l'aigua de la dutxa , però el noi de recepció va deixar-nos una altra habitació.

Las habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento, reservamos 3 habitaciones, en 2 de ellas no funcionaba el enchufe de la mesita de noche para cargar el móvil, la puerta del baño en una de las habitaciones no se podía cerrar, para encender y apagar las luces de la habitación había que hacer un curso, porqué resultaba imposible saber a qué lámpara correspondía cada interruptor, y aunque el personal del hotel tiene un trató excelente, resulta insuficiente, una persona no puede estar en recepción, ser el camarero y atender las incidencias. Por lo que cuesta el hotel resulta caro, tiene mala relación calidad precio.

Nicht gefallen · Nur 1 Stuhl ( unbequem ( im Zimmer) . Zimmer sindDunkel. Keine Haken zum Aufhängen einer Jacke, Mütze oder Handtuch. Auch bei der Dusche keine Möglichkeit ein Handtuch aufzuhängen. In der Toilette keine Toilettenbürste ( Schweinkram). Entlüften der Toilette nur über die Tür zum Schlafzimmer (ekelhaft). Bett zu weich. Fahrstuhl fiel aus. Konnten Gott sei Dank den kleinen Personalfahrstuhl mit Ausgang durch die Küche benutzen. Die Lichtschaltung haben wir nicht verstanden, dazu braucht man einen Dr. Titel in E-Technik, bin aber nur Elektriker und solch ein Unsinn noch nie vorgefunden. Wir sind öfter in Vilafranca und die Pension Avenida ist für 1/2 des Preises besser. Ebenso ist das Restaurant dort gut und bezahlbar.
Das Personal war aber sehr hilfsbereit!!! Jedoch ein Hotel was derart nur auf Design getrimmt ist benötigt niemand!!!
