Sant Francesc is one of the newest restaurants in Montblanc, having been opened in 2015 by chef Carles Barneda in the heart of a former convent. The space is modern and bright, with its large bay window overlooking the imposing city walls, and the cuisine is no less contemporary. Each plate is prepared with fresh, seasonal food. The chef takes care to present them with elegance. The result is almost gastronomic, the Catalan tradition is respected and even exceeded! Excellent wines and not a bad bill.
