Several service rooms, one above the other, with a rustic atmosphere full of character. At Trispolet, we serve dishes that are halfway between traditional Catalan specialties and cuisine d'auteur, with a smile. The products are local and carefully selected. The starters to share are as varied as they are appetizing (gyozas, spinach fritters and grilled almonds, cheese croquettes), at least as much as the dishes, sea and mountain. And what about the desserts, real little delicacies? We love them!
