The word " balandra " refers to a small boat that fishermen used to sail in search of fresh meat, and by extension became the name of a sauce made of nuts, bread and garlic that they used to prepare to enhance their daily meal. De l'entrée au dessert, tout était super bon à la Balandra. Un très bon resto à Tarragona. Il mérite le détour.
