房間很乾淨，整間飯店也很乾淨

El hotel tiene 4 estrellas pero no las merece: a pesar de que las habitaciones son amplias la television es antigua y solo hay 1 almohada. La limpieza es muy deficiente, habia bolas de pelos en la habitacion y el baño y debajo de las camas hacia mucho que no se limpiaba. Habia manchas en el baño y no estaba precintado por lo menos para saber que no se había usado desde la ultima limpieza.Faltan enchufes, imposible conectar el movil al lado de la cama. En cuanto a ubicacion está lejos del casco antiguo para las dimensiones de Tarragona. Esta encima de una estacion de autobuses y hay ruido de coches por la noche. No lo recomiendo.

While the hotel offers a good location, its condition significantly detracts from the overall experience. My stay was marred by the fact that, despite being equipped with air conditioning, the unit in my room was non-functional. Given that the windows do not open, the room quickly became unbearably hot (and it was only march) creating an environment that felt suffocating and severely lacking in fresh air. Upon requesting a room change in hopes of relief, I was disappointed to find that the air conditioning issue persisted in the new room as well.

This experience leads me to advise potential guests to reconsider their stay at this establishment until substantial improvements are made. The lack of working air conditioning, coupled with the inability to open windows, creates a discomfort that significantly impacts the quality of one's stay.

To the hotel management, I strongly recommend investing in thorough renovations, with a particular focus on updating and fixing the air conditioning systems. Such improvements are not only necessary for guest comfort but are also critical to maintaining a competitive edge in the hospitality industry. Investing in the quality of your rooms will not only enhance your guests' experiences but will also reflect positively on your hotel's reputation.
