Nos alojamos con los niños en este hotel para pasar dos días por el Delta del Ebro y hacer ciclismo por la zona. El hotel es genial, por lo menos los apartamentos. Muy muy nuevos, muy cómodos y silenciosos. Las instalaciones para la bici, geniales. Box para dejar las bicis, candados que te proporcionan ellos, zona taller para limpiar la bici y la ropa de ciclismo. También te alquilan bicis en el mismo hotel si lo necesitas..

El personal, genial. Muy amables, te dejan entrar el coche para dejar las bicis, te explican rutas de ciclismo, te recomiendan actividades. De 10.

Además… la subida al Mont Caro empieza prácticamente ahí… qué más se puede pedir?

Pasamos 3 noches que no me parecen a la altura del "standing" de un 4* :

- Wifi defectuosa,

- El email de bienvenida hablaba de botellas de agua y cositas para los niños que nos tenian que esperar en la habitacion ; tuvimos que reclamar,

- Grifería en mal estado,

- Armarios en mal estado.

Ademas, era imposible reservar el parking en linea. Cuando llegamos no se ha podido garantizar una plaza durante las 3 noches.

Conozco los hoteles de la marca y fue mi peor expriencia en un SB.

This was a really nice hotel but the one problem was there was cockroaches in the toilet and for a 4 star hotel I wouldn’t expect that. The AC was uncontrollable and it was letting out warm air when it was extremely hot weather and they did not provide slippers which was a big struggle so I would suggest you bring your own slippers
