You come here to one of the oldest rice specialists, since the restaurant has been open since 1978. In a large space covered with azulejos and ceramics, it is the third generation that is in the kitchen. And the rice is still king! Specialties: arroz al horno, the negro arroz, and valenciana paella, with chicken and rabbit. For the latter, it is recommended to order first. But you can also enjoy the bomba arroz, the must in Valencia, or the Albufera, in peace as this house was awarded for its paella by the Grand prix of the Local Gastronomy (Poble Sueca) in 2007.
