VUELVE CAROLINA
This restaurant was opened in 2011 by the prestigious chef Quique Dacosta. With the menu a mixture of tradition and innovation. To enjoy it, you will have the choice between a bar and a gastrobar with crystal clear wood, green chairs and végétalisés walls. To savour, the multiple variations on rice such as the Albufera arroz caldero, served with mushrooms and duck, or camarones tortitas (small crêpes to shrimps), rice acompagnées to soy mayonnaise, and why not liver cubalibre; unless you choose fish couscous or pulpitos, ending with a thousand caramel! To enjoy it, do not miss the operation cuina oberta, if you have the chance to be in Valencia when it is proposed. This restaurant is participating. But don't forget to book well in advance, because places are getting off the ground. Excellent wine card.
